This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Infinity Solar UK.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

1. General Returns Policy – Infinity Solar UK

Returns

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

For all other returns, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:

  • New, unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Complete, with all parts, accessories, tags and labels included
  • In a resaleable condition
  • Not installed or previously fitted

Returns that are opened, used, installed, incomplete, damaged, or missing parts may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the item received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

You may also return eligible products by dropping them off at our return address free of charge:

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.

If the goods are confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will advise you on the next steps.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:

  • Opened-box items
  • Used items
  • Installed or previously fitted items
  • Damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Incomplete items
  • Items with missing parts, accessories, packaging, tags or labels

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from receipt of the returned item for us to process your return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your card provider or payment provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.


3. Daikin Products Returns Policy

The following additional terms apply to Daikin products.

Unwanted Daikin Goods

Daikin may accept unwanted goods within 21 days, provided that the goods are:

  • Boxed in the original packaging
  • In perfect condition
  • Unused
  • Complete and suitable for resale

All returned Daikin items will be inspected by technical engineers.

If the goods are returned and are not of a satisfactory standard, Daikin reserves the right to decline the return. If the return is not fit for standard resale, the customer may be subject to an increased restocking charge.

All accepted Daikin returns are subject to a 30% restocking/administration charge, plus any applicable Daikin collection charge. These charges will be deducted from the final credit.

Daikin Collection Charges

All Daikin returns are subject to a collection charge.

  • Returns over 15kg will be treated as a pallet collection and charged at £100
  • Returns under 15kg will be collected by parcel courier and charged at £20

If collection is attempted but cannot be completed, and another collection date is arranged, an additional collection charge may be applied.

Daikin Damaged on Arrival

If you notice that Daikin goods are damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery where possible.

If you discover damage after unpacking the goods, please contact us immediately.

Any alleged damage or discrepancy must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.

Daikin Overseas Warranty

Daikin units purchased from Infinity Solar UK and installed overseas may still carry the standard Daikin warranty, where applicable.

However, any warranty parts can only be sent to a mainland UK address.

In some circumstances, parts may need to be returned for testing. The customer will be responsible for arranging the return of those parts to Daikin or Infinity Solar UK.


4. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect

We will then advise whether the return is approved and provide the next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
