FAQs
Will Zaptec Go work with my car?
Yes. Zaptec Go works with any EV and adapts its maximum charge to your car's capacity.
Is it tethered or untethered?
Untethered. It has a Type 2 socket for use with a Type 2 charging cable, and the cable can be locked to the charger.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes. With the Zaptec App you can schedule charging, view charging history, give access to others and lock the cable remotely.
Does it have PEN fault protection?
Yes. The UK version has integrated open PEN fault protection in line with BS 7671:2018 Amendment 1:2020, clause 722.411.4.1 (iv).
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes. Choose 1, 10, 20 or 50 units, with volume pricing and free UK delivery. Installation is available on single-unit orders only.
How long is the guarantee?
5 years from Zaptec.
